Base Model 2023 Corvette Z06 In ELB With The Base Titanium Satin Wheels

We are so used to seeing the highly-optioned CFTs with the carbon fiber wheels and the Z07 performance package, so it’s somewhat refreshing to see this base model Z06 Coupe here, which is wearing Elkhart Lake Blue and the base (SOE) Titanium Satin wheels. As we look closer, we are wondering if this is the base 1LZ model as we can also see the Level 1 GT1 seats in the car. (GT1 seats are also available on the 2LZ trim package as well.)

Going back to those wheels though, we think the Z06’s spider-design forged aluminum wheels are one of the better designs we’ve seen for the base wheels, and with four regular design options and two LPO designs available, there should be a set of Spider wheels perfect for your build.

Some other good news from Chevy is that in addition to this base wheel from which there is no extra charge, you can upgrade from the Titanium Satin wheels to the Black Spider wheels or the Satin Graphite Spider wheels for just $495 per set, while the Machined-faced Spider wheels can be added to your Z06 for an additional $1,495.

Seeing these wheels on the Elhart Lake Blue Z06, they are a bit brighter than expected, and they sort of remind us of the Competition Gray wheels that were on the 2009 Competition Sport Special Edition.

The guy who took the first pic and posted it to Facebook was requested to take more, so he followed up with these other shots that show the wheels very nicely. The engineer driving the Corvette was apparently visiting family, and the guy taking the photos lives three doors down.
